The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel is perfectly located in a central area, right on top of a shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Adjacent to an MTR station, it offers easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout the stay.
The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved for a more peaceful stay.

Arriving at the hotel, I was welcomed with excellent service from the friendly staff. the room was spacious and well-furbished with exclusive amenities that satisfied my luxurious needs. the restaurant had a great selection of local cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, and I enjoyed leisure time watching TV in the comfortable TV room.
The massage service at the Spa & wellness centre was not as relaxing as I had hoped for, but it was still a satisfactory experience. this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a well-furbished venue with friendly staff and excellent facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The upgraded room with a balcony was amazing. The spacious and comfortable rooms made me feel right at home. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind and the breakfast had plenty of options. The hotel staff was amazing and were pretty good too ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel amazed us with its luxurious facilities and exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and well, furnished with comfortable bedding and high, quality pillows. We loved the private facilities and the wide range of options in the restaurant and bar. the service was top, notch, with the friendly staff going above and beyond to fulfill our every need.
The only minor downside was the location, which required a bit of travel to reach the downtown area. the hotel's proximity to the MTR station made transportation easy and convenient.
